These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Senanghost.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Senanghost.com is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
Host, distribute, or link to malware, phishing content, or spam
Consume server resources in a manner that negatively impacts other customers
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or account
Resell or redistribute our services without prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Payment & Billing

All services must be paid for in advance according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. Invoices are generated automatically and are due on the date stated. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a high level of service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned downtime in advance where possible.

6. Backups

While we may perform periodic backups as a courtesy, it is the customer's sole responsibility to maintain independent backups of all data. Senanghost.com is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or inability to restore data for any reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senanghost.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our services and other customers. You may cancel your services at any time through your client area. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senanghost.com, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
